Celebrating 45 Years of Brotherhood @ Elon!
With our 45th year celebration coming up this will certainly be a homecoming to remember. We have a number of fun events planned throughout the weekend. From our golf tournament and Brothers & BBQ event to our giant tailgate and Rocking RV Party, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to have fun, reconnect with old friends, relive old memories and to make some new ones. Friday, November 2
Elon Distinguished Alumni Awards Luncheon and Ceremony (Brother Carter Smith To Be Honored)
This awards ceremony serves to recognize the recipients of the 2018 Distinguished Alumni Awards in front of family, friends and special members of the Elon community. This year’s recipients are: David Stevens ’81,
Carter Smith ’92, Jill Rose ’00, Angela Lovelace Walton ’10 and Tony Weaver Jr. ’16. The formal ceremony will be preceded by a luncheon.

Lakeside Meeting Rooms
Brothers Golf Outing at Alamance Country Club
We’ll have the course to ourselves. Alamance is one of Donald Ross’ last designs and is a gem. This event is limited to 100 players. Schar Center Tour
Join us for a tour of the the amazing Schar Center, Elon University’s New Convocation Center. This is the premier gathering space for the Elon University community and surrounding region. It is the largest facility on Elon’s campus, providing a venue for convocations, speakers and other major campus events.

Brothers & BBQ | Special 45th Anniversary Celebration
Join your fellow brothers and guests for a laidback, NC BBQ at the Kappa Sigma House. We’ll have a catered dinner outside under a tent. We will be honoring our past GMs and Founding Brothers, as well as have a special program to celebrate our 45 years. A cash bar will be set up as well.

Chapter/Alumni Annual Meeting
This is a great opportunity to meet the undergrads, gain insight on the state of the chapter, and learn about Kappa Sigma’s progress in the past year. We will honor our Alumnus of The Year and Gortney Award Winner. winner. Your attendance helps ensure our alumni association has a strong connection with the undergraduate chapter and sets the stage for a great working relationship.

Elon Football and Tailgate
Join fellow brothers and Elon fans for a tented tailgate on Lake Mary Nell. A catered meal will be available.

Elon Football Game vs. Rhode Island
Don’t miss out on the Phoenix facing the Rhode Island Rams! Tickets are selling at a discounted rate until early October. Brothers may select to sit together by using the drop–down menu on the registration form.

Post Football Brother Gathering
After the football game we’re encouraging our brothers to head over to Magerks Pub. Located at 138 W. Lebanon St, Magerks is a great spot for good food, beverages, and to continue our celebration.

Rocking RV Party
After a day full of festivities spend Saturday night kicked back under the stars at our Rocking RV Party. This event is a great opportunity to catching up on each other’s lives, laugh about the good old days, enjoy pizza and refreshments, watch football games on the big screen TV, and dance to live music. Hosted by brother Doug Frain, this is the place to be on Saturday night
